In a nutshell, here are the basic steps of our collection service:

  1. Resident hears about the group
  2. Resident books collection of their small items
  3. Volunteer is prompted and signs up
  4. Collection at agreed time by resident and volunteer
  5. Drop-off off at the shed
  6. Sorting into reuse > repair > recycle > upcycle > energy recovery
  7. Delivery as donations to swap shops, charity shops, repair organisation
