Our first Repair Café


Some of our friends and followers have been asking how our first ever Repair Cafe went, under our WEEE Reuse and Repair project. Below are some pictures, stats and customer feedback!

… but before you throw a glance, we’d first like to say that our Repair Cafe v2.0 will take place on the 18th of August 14:00 – 17:00 at Aristotle House in Jericho. Keep an eye out on our Events page for more details about what you can bring for repair. Lets make this even bigger!



Total items looked at: 67.2 kg

Total items repaired: 30.7 kg (45.7%)

Total items repaired and sent for recycling: 33.7 kg (50.2%)

Attendants: 20

“Thank you *so* much for the massive effort you put into repairing my buggy today. It was an unexpected item, but you took it and came up with a clever workaround when it was clear that the manufactureres had designed it not to be fixed! (grr!) Brilliant! I’ll be back (hopefully with something else, not the buggy again!)”
